kkpkr Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "kkpkr", "we", "us", or "the Company" refers to the operating entity behind the kkpkr platform at kkpkr.net, operating under an international online gaming licence.
• "Platform" refers to the kkpkr website at kkpkr.net and any associated mobile applications, services, and gaming content made available to members.
• "Member", "you", or "Player" refers to any individual who has registered a real-money account on the kkpkr platform.
• "Account" refers to the personalised member account created upon registration, including the PKR wallet, transaction history, bonus balances, and account settings.
• "Services" refers collectively to all casino games, live dealer tables, sportsbook, and other gaming or entertainment products accessible through the Platform.
• "Funds" refers to the PKR balance held in a Member's account wallet, inclusive of deposited funds and any credited bonus funds, where separately tracked.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, or match bonus amounts credited to a Member's account that are subject to specific wagering or conversion requirements prior to withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by kkpkr's licence obligations before processing withdrawals.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" refers to any country or territory in which participation in online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

By accessing the kkpkr Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or using any of the Services, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with kkpkr's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact kkpkr support to close your account. Continued use of the Platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

To register and maintain an account on kkpkr, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. kkpkr does not permit registration or play by persons under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
2. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Restricted Jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
3. You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of a current employee or contractor of kkpkr or any of its affiliated game providers or partners.
4. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and must not be under any form of legal incapacity in your jurisdiction.
5. You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order with kkpkr or any affiliated platform at the time of registration.

Registration requires the provision of accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid email address, your date of birth, and a Pakistani mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

kkpkr reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend an account pending verification if eligibility cannot be confirmed. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the kkpkr platform.

You are solely responsible for the security of your kkpkr account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication method linked to your account. kkpkr will never request your password through any channel, including support communications.

You must notify kkpkr support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. kkpkr will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Member has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials or has shared their credentials with a third party.

Account information, including your registered email address, must be kept accurate and current. Changes to core account details require identity verification. kkpkr may periodically request re-verification of account details and may suspend accounts where requests for verification are not met within a reasonable timeframe.

Accounts that have not recorded any login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to an inactivity maintenance fee as specified in kkpkr's current fee schedule, which will be deducted from any remaining account balance. kkpkr will make reasonable efforts to notify Members by email before any dormancy fee is applied.

kkpkr accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the supported payment methods listed on the Platform, which currently include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL internet banking, Meezan Bank internet banking, and direct bank transfer from all major Pakistani banks.

All deposits must be made from a payment account held in the Member's own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not permitted and will be refunded to the originating account. Deposited funds must be used for gaming on the Platform and may not be transferred between accounts.

kkpkr does not accept deposits made from credit facilities. Players must use their own available funds. kkpkr reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably believes to have been made from a credit account, from funds of uncertain origin, or in violation of these Terms.

Withdrawals of real-money funds from a kkpkr account are subject to the following conditions:

• The Member's account must have completed the KYC verification process, including submission and approval of a valid CNIC and identity selfie.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the withdrawable real-money balance in the account. Bonus funds that have not completed their applicable wagering requirements are not withdrawable.
• The withdrawal method must, where possible, match the payment method used for the corresponding deposit. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement under kkpkr's licence obligations.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 for all payment methods.

Withdrawal processing times vary by membership tier. Bronze and Silver members receive standard processing within 24 hours. Gold members receive same-day processing as standard. Platinum members are eligible for instant withdrawal processing subject to routine AML checks. All processing times are measured from the point of approval, not the point of request.

kkpkr reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requesting source-of-funds documentation for withdrawals above threshold amounts. Withdrawals will be paused, but not refused without cause, during any active due diligence process.

kkpkr offers bonuses and promotional offers to Members at its sole discretion. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

1. Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable funds. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in that promotion's specific terms at the time of offer.
2. Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live dealer games, table games, and sportsbook bets may contribute at a lower rate, as specified per promotion.
3. Expiry: Bonus funds that are not converted to real money within the specified validity period (typically 7 to 30 days depending on the promotion) will be forfeited automatically. Real-money balances are unaffected by bonus expiry.
4. Maximum Bonus Withdrawal: Each promotion specifies the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings generated through bonus funds. Winnings above this cap are not withdrawable and will be removed from the account balance at the point of withdrawal request.
5. Abuse: kkpkr reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if evidence of bonus abuse, multi-accounting, collusion, or exploitation of software errors is detected. The determination of what constitutes bonus abuse rests with kkpkr, subject to the dispute resolution process in Section 14.

All games available on the kkpkr Platform are provided by certified third-party game suppliers and are governed by the rules embedded within each individual game. In the event of a conflict between the in-game rules and these Terms, the in-game rules shall prevail with respect to game mechanics and outcomes; these Terms shall prevail in all other respects.

kkpkr's system records are the definitive record of all game outcomes, bets placed, and account transactions. In the event of a discrepancy between a Member's recollection and kkpkr's system records, kkpkr's records shall be considered authoritative, subject to the dispute process in Section 14.

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical failure during a gaming session, the game outcome produced as a result of that malfunction will be declared void. Any wager placed on a voided outcome will be returned to the Member's account. kkpkr will not honour winnings generated as a result of a demonstrable software error, regardless of the displayed result.

kkpkr may temporarily suspend access to specific games for maintenance, certification updates, or provider requirements without prior notice. In such cases, kkpkr will make reasonable efforts to notify Members via site announcements.

kkpkr is committed to providing a safe, responsible gaming environment. The following tools are available to all Members free of charge and accessible from the account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits are applied immediately upon setting. Any request to increase an existing limit is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect. Decreases to limits are applied immediately.
• Session Time Limits & Reality Checks: Members may set a maximum session duration after which their session will end automatically. Reality check notifications may also be configured to display net session results at defined intervals during play.
• Cool-Off Period: Members may request a temporary break from gaming of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cool-off period, the Member's account is suspended for gaming and bonus receipt but remains accessible for withdrawal of available real-money balances.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may request self-exclusion for periods of 6 months, 1 year, 5 years, or permanently. Self-exclusion is activated immediately and cannot be reversed before its expiry. Any attempt to open a new account while under self-exclusion will result in closure of all associated accounts. kkpkr strongly recommends that Members who are experiencing difficulties with gambling seek assistance from a recognised support organisation.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the kkpkr Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Providing false or misleading information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
• Using the Platform while under a self-exclusion order from kkpkr or any affiliated gaming platform.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with games, place bets, or access the Platform.
• Colluding with other Members to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker variants or coordinated in-play betting.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or mathematical errors in any game for financial gain. Any such winnings will be voided and any related balance forfeited.
• Making deposits using payment methods not held in your own name or using funds obtained through illegal means.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code or proprietary systems underlying the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing kkpkr staff, support agents, or other Members through any communication channel.

All content on the kkpkr Platform — including but not limited to the kkpkr name, logo, brand identity, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and marketing materials — is the intellectual property of kkpkr or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written authorisation from kkpkr.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kkpkr excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Gaming losses incurred as a result of play on the Platform, which are a normal consequence of games of chance.
• Interruptions to service caused by technical failures, scheduled maintenance, third-party provider outages, or circumstances beyond kkpkr's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from a Member's failure to secure their account credentials or from voluntary sharing of credentials with third parties.
• Inaccurate information provided by the Member at registration or during the KYC process that results in delayed or refused withdrawals.
• Any consequential, indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages of any nature.

kkpkr does not provide any warranty, express or implied, regarding the Platform's continuous availability, freedom from errors, or fitness for any particular purpose beyond what is explicitly stated in these Terms.

A Member may close their kkpkr account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any applicable fees) will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within five (5) business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

kkpkr may suspend or permanently close an account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or criminal activity, failure to complete KYC within a required timeframe, or discovery that the Member did not meet eligibility requirements at the time of registration. In cases of termination for breach, kkpkr reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation and to forfeit balances where fraud or money laundering is confirmed.

If you wish to raise a dispute regarding a game outcome, a transaction, a bonus decision, or any other matter relating to your kkpkr account, you should first contact kkpkr's support team via live chat, providing full details of the disputed matter including the relevant game round ID, transaction reference, or promotion code where applicable.

kkpkr will investigate all disputes in good faith and issue a formal written response within ten (10) business days of receiving a complete dispute submission. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with the support team, Members may escalate the matter to kkpkr's Compliance department. Details of the escalation process are available from the support team upon request.

kkpkr's system records constitute the primary evidence in any dispute. Members are responsible for retaining their own transaction records to the extent they wish to use them as supporting evidence in a dispute submission.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kkpkr's operating licence is issued. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through kkpkr's internal dispute process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause affects any mandatory consumer rights that may apply to Members under the laws of their own country of residence.

kkpkr reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, kkpkr will provide notice to registered Members by email and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect, except where an immediate amendment is required by law, regulatory direction, or to address a security vulnerability.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the amendment.
